By the year 2014, the new healthcare plan makes it mamdatory that all medical records be electronically recorded and available. This information must also include your BMI (Body Mass Index) or your “chubby factor”. Considering that in NYC saturated fats were banned to “protect” the health of citizens, will there come a day when your BMI will keep you from indulging in your favorite decadent pastries and sweets? I say beware! Perhaps this is an attempt to legalize pot. Afterall the people who are favoring the health of our citizens are the same people who shaped the 60′s make love not war folks. Maybe once America has been deied their American Pie there will be a class action suit that will make evident that the pursuit of happiness includes pie. At that point the ACLU will jump in and declare that kemp and Marijuana should be part of the pursuit and ….well since this is mostly my imagination you can finish the story…as I eat my pie…while I still can.
